Ticket Rules & Policies
All tickets are subject to fees and taxes.
When purchasing tickets online, be sure that the address in your browser starts with tickets.tbca.com We can not replace lost or stolen tickets, and can not provide support to ticket holders with tickets that have been purchased through a third-party site.
Children 5 and under are FREE
Tickets are available online at countryonthebay.ca, by phone at 807-684-4444 toll free at 1-800-463-8817 or by visiting the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium Box Office located at 1 Paul Shaffer Dr, Thunder Bay, ON.
Limit of 10 tickets per order.
All ticket bearers must have their wristband accompanied with their punch ticket each day for proof of purchase.
VIP tickets will be sent at the time of purchase, however the VIP lanyards will be obtained at the festival gates during the festival.
VIP Weekend Passes do not include on-site parking.
All tickets will be picked up at the Box Office located at the Thunder Bay Auditorium, 1 Paul Shaffer Dr, Thunder Bay, ON.
