I have not purchased my tickets directly from Country on the Bay. What should I do?
Country on the Bay is not responsible for tickets that have not been processed through the Thunder Bay Auditorium or from our ticketing company. You must contact the third-party seller that you have purchased your tickets from directly. Only those who purchased tickets directly from our Country on the Bay website, or the Auditorium will be contacted.
I have won tickets to Country on the Bay. What now?
Once the refund window has closed for the 2021 festival, our staff will gather all necessary information for the ticket holders that have received tickets through giveaways. Please be patient with us.
