Why was Country on the Bay 2021 postponed?
Due to COVID-19 and the current Ontario Government rules, regulations and their recommendations on summer events, Country on the Bay has made the extremely difficult decision to postpone the 2021 festival for the safety of our patrons, volunteers, service providers, artists, sponsors and staff.

What are my options as a 2021 ticket holder regarding transferring or requesting a refund?
We will be reaching out to each and every ticket purchaser via email on April 16th to discuss the options available, as well at the exclusive perks and how to proceed. For more information on the perks of keeping your ticket in, click here.

What are the dates for Country on the Bay 2022?
Country on the Bay will take place July 22nd - 24th 2022. However, if you hold a 2021 ticket and allow your tickets to simply rollover, you will have access to the exclusive Country 105 Kick-Off Party on Thursday July 21st.

Will the lineup stay the same?
Confirmed for 2022 from our previous lineup is Toby Keith. We are currently working with agents to secure our other artists for the 2022 festival year and are confident many will return for our 2022 stage. We cannot guarantee the lineup will stay the same.

I have not purchased my tickets directly from Country on the Bay. What should I do?
Country on the Bay is not responsible for tickets that have not been processed through the Thunder Bay Auditorium or from our ticketing company. You must contact the third-party seller that you have purchased your tickets from directly. Only those who purchased tickets directly from our Country on the Bay website, or the Auditorium will be contacted.

I have won tickets to Country on the Bay. What now?
Once the refund window has closed for the 2021 festival, our staff will gather all necessary information for the ticket holders that have received tickets through giveaways. Please be patient with us.
