When is Country on the Bay 2024?

Country on the Bay 2024 runs from July 19th – 21st 2024
Gate opens at 3PM Friday and 1PM Saturday/Sunday

WHAT CAN AND CAN'T I BRING

- Umbrellas are permitted in the back of the site as long as it doesn't obstruct patrons view of the stage. Umbrellas must be down by 6PM.
- All bags and knapsacks are subject to inspection upon entry into the festival grounds.
- NO SMOKING inside the festival grounds, there is a designated smoking spot outside the main gate and VIP area
- No outside liquor, food or beverages are allowed in the festival grounds. However, patrons may bring empty water bottles and fill them free of charge onsite at our water station.
- Lawn chairs are permitted.
- No video cameras or professional recording devices are allowed in the festival grounds. ABSOLUTELY NO DRONES.
- No glass bottles or glass containers are allowed onsite for safety reasons.


TIcketing

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final except in the unlikely situation of a full event cancellation or postponement by COUNTRY ON THE BAY.

Subject to the provisions below for an event cancellation or postponement, there are NO exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased.

NO exchanges or refunds will be issued if a festival performer is changed, cancelled, rescheduled or delayed for whatever reason.

NO exchanges or refunds will be issued for venue or time changes

In the unlikely event of a full cancellation or postponement, COUNTRY ON THE BAY will offer refunds and or exchange options and time sensitive windows for such options. We will inform ticket buyers of these procedures once they become available through our website and our email database.

I have not purchased my tickets directly from Country on the Bay. What should I do?

Country on the Bay is not responsible for tickets that have not been processed through our ticketing company. You must contact the third-party seller that you have purchased your tickets from directly if you have any questions or issues with your ticket. Country on the Bay cannot guarantee the validity of a third-party ticket and any purchase third-party is at the risk of the purchaser.

How much is parking?

Parking is $5 a day and must be purchased on site. For more information about parking visit “Parking Information”.

General FAQs

Are children allowed, and do they need a ticket?

Yes! Country on the Bay allows any ages to come into the festival grounds and take part in the experience. Children 10 and under are free.

What, and where is Will Call?

Will Call is an event industry term, and just a fancy name, for the location you pick up your tickets at the event. Country on the Bay Will Call booth is located at the main gate.

Is the festival cashless?

No, we accept cash, debit and credit.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in the festival grounds.
