Shuttles
Wakefield Oil Change Shuttles
Shuttles will be available to patrons on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Pickup locations can be found on the map below. (Note - Parking lot location has changed for Intercity from previous years, see map below).
Bus rides are $5 per trip, CASH ONLY, to be dropped in the box upon boarding the bus at your pickup location. Patrons leaving FWHP to pay the $5 fare to the bus attendant prior to boarding the bus.
Weekend shuttle passes will be available for pickup the week prior to the festival (July 8-18) at Wakefield Oil Change (311 Cumberland Street North) between 8:00am – 4:30pm for $25.
Weekend shuttle passes can also be purchased at Will Call for $25, CASH ONLY, at Will Call upon arrival to the festival. Wristbands that have been removed from wrists will be void.
For those that have purchased campsites at Thunder City Speedway, shuttle passes are NOT included in the campsite purchase, but will be available for purchase at the track and at Will Call.
Patrons are NOT permitted to bring coolers, drugs or alcohol on the buses or into the festival so please do not bring these items. Chairs and backpacks will be permitted but will be searched at the admission gate upon entering the festival.
Pickup locations at each stop will be identified with a Wakefield Oil Change Shuttle pickup sign.
For the Thunder City Speedway pick up, you do not need to be camping at the speedway to be picked up by the shuttles!
Route/Schedule Information:
- Route 1 - Thunder City Speedway to FWHP (only for patrons with campsites)
- Route 2 - Victoria Inn to FWHP
- Route 3 – Goods & Co Market to FWHP
- Route 4 – Confederation College/Intercity to FWHP
All Pickups will begin at 2:30pm for each route on Friday and 12:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. Buses will run continuously to and from each location throughout the day and will run until every patron has been returned.
